  82. Are credit card orders secure?
  83. You need to be very careful how you send credit card numbers.  Our servers are SECURE, you can 
  84. tell by the "s" after "http" (ordering pages only). We have employed a business in which that is 
  85. their business.  To securely accept credit card orders for companies such as NexusMedia.   If 
  86. you do not see an "S" be careful.  And NEVER send important numbers through e-mail.

  91. Can I change any aspects of the screen saver?
  92. Yes!  You can change just about everything.  Go to Control Panel > Display > Select the Screen 
  93. Saver Tab > Choose AquaDLux as the active screen saver > then click the "Setup" button.

  95. Why wont the screen saver run?
  96. Most likely, you do not have "MSVBVM50.dll" loaded.  To check,  search for this file in 
  97. C:\Windows\System   folder.  If you do not have it you may download it from our site at 
  98. www.nexusmedia.net  or from MicroSoft.

  100. My icons get shuffled around after I use the Screen Saver, Why?
  101. The screen saver automatically changes your resolution to 800x600.  If you are using a higher 
  102. resolution this will happen.  To avoid this you can set your resolution to 800x600 
  103. (which is the most popular setting among computer users) or lower via Control Panel.  
  104. Line up your icons and all should be fine.
  105.  
  106. The colors seem patchy, or blocky, can I fix this?
  107. Make sure your color setting is set to at least 16-bit.  If your color is set to 256 the 
  108. screen saver may not even run.
  109.  
  110. Do I get free upgrades?
  111. Yes, as long as version number is the same.
  112. For example, this is version 1.6.0.  If you download version 1.10 -1.90, you are still entitled 
  113. to a free upgrade.  If the version is 2.0, you will have to register again.

  115. Can I use any of the photos included for my projects?
  116. Absolutey Not!  That would be in violation of federal laws.  We license those photos and are 
  117. given permission to use them, but we are not allowed to re-license them to others.  
  118. (NexusMedia would not be after you, it would be the owners of the photos, and they can be large 
  119. corporations!)

  121. Why can I only use this screen saver on one computer?
  122. There has been alot of controversy in the consumer world about this agreement.  To try to explain
  123. it where you might appreciate why ALL software vendors do this (yes, including MicroSoft) think
  124. about this example:
  125. Say you purchase a book, when you are reading that book, unless it is a really huge book, only 
  126. you can read it at any given time.  When you are finished with it or not reading it you may pass 
  127. it along to others where they will be the only one who can read it.  Well, software is a whole 
  128. lot easier to copy and give away then a book, so we include a license stating this can be used 
  129. on only one computer at a given time.  You may give it to your friend, but you first must 
  130. uninstall it from your computer.  We are offering a product for sale, it so happens that the 
  131. product can be copied very easily, but that doesn't make it legal or right.  Please abide by the 
  132. license.  It is the law and can be upheld in court.

  134. I ordered your product but haven't received the keycode, Why?
  135. There can be only one reason, E-MAIL.  Either you forgot to send your e-mail address or we 
  136. couldn't read the e-mail address (some of you have some pretty messy handwriting!)

  138. How long will it take to get the keycode once we send in payment?
  139. Credit cards are the quickest, usually withing 24 hours unless we are on vaction... but it 
  140. should still be fairly quick)  Once we receive payment via mail we usually respond within 48 
  141. hours.  If a two weeks has passed and still no Keycode, something is wrong, e-mail us to find 
  142. out what the hold up is?
